Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center – Hotel near airport in Ontario

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice and big, although not a full suite, and they were very clean. I was surprised by the overwhelming sweet pine smell, but it added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. The location, while close to the airport and convenient for my needs, needed a bit more attention to cleanliness in certain areas.

The layout with only a half wall was unusual, and I was surprised that I had to change rooms 3 times. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with impeccably trained staff who asked for a 100 USD security deposit if paying in cash. They were very accommodating and helped me find a nearby restaurant. The location was convenient for my needs in Los Angeles, although a bit soggy. The dining options were good and exceeded my expectations with a variety of choices. The facilities were decent; however, I was disappointed that I still had to pay for the first night despite encountering a cockroach issue.
